CONDITIONS FOR RENTAL

Conditions for rental

The rented vehicle can only be driven by persons older than 21 years of age, who have possessed a driver's license for at least 2 years. Minimum rental period is one day.

Fuel is not included in the price. The vehicle is issued with a full tank. The lessee is obliged to return the vehicle with a full tank, otherwise he will be charged with the price difference of fuel, plus refueling expenses.

The vehicle shall be issued under the terms provided in the Car Rental Agreement, which the lessee signs when taking the vehicle.

Terms of payment

The total amount of the rental can be paid only in cash, in the full amount per the current price list, before the beginning of the rental.

Insurance

The vehicle is insured against the damage caused to third parties, and by Casco insurance against theft, damage, and accidents. If the vehicle is damaged by the fault of the lessee, the damage is covered by Casco insurance. This insurance does not cover the full amount of the damage, only the damage up to the amount of the deductible (NWR), which can be bought back for a daily additional fee according to the price-list (CDW+). The damage is not covered without a police record, and without filling out the appropriate forms.

Insurance does not cover the damage of the following parts: tires, hubcaps, wheels and chassis, because these damages can only be caused by driver's carelessness.

Additional services

Various models of seats for children are available, depending on the weight and the age of a child. The desired model of seats for babies should be requested and defined in advance.

Also, upon request, we will provide you with road navigation – GPS.

Delivery and collection services of the vehicle will be charged per agreement, with regards to the time and distance.
