HOW TO MAKE A RESERVATION?
1. Choose a search method, enter your requirements and click Search button.
You can single out chosen accommodation units by placing them into «My choice» and you can make a reservation from that part or directly from the page of the chosen accommodation unit.
2. After we inform you via e-mail that the accommodation unit is available in the required period and send you a final account, in order to confirm the reservation you are obliged to make an advance payment within 48 hours in the amount of 35% of the total price of reservation.
Within these 48 hours, agency iTA withdraws the accommodation unit from the market for the required period and that way reserves the right to preemption for the person who made the reservation.
In order to speed up the reservation procedure, please send a copy of the deposit slip to e-mail: info@dalmaturist.hr or to fax:
+385 (0) 23 381 991.
After the receipt of deposit slip, you will receive a booking confirmation with specified amount payed.
3. The rest of the amount, 65% , can be payed when you wish – before the beginning of the holiday or on arrival to our agency.
Note:
After paying the total amount, you will receive a Voucher with precise details on the lessor and accommodation unit, as a confirmation of paying the entire amount for accommodation and sojourn tax.
